Agam's Pov

I was busy feeding yug and was still not able to wrap my head around the fact that it's the same girl sitting in front of me, it was literally HER.

I came out of my thoughts when Drishti Aunty (Akshit and Agam's mom) asked something to her.

“Sarah beta when will your parents reach here”

“Ji aunty they'll reach by 10 in the morning tomorrow” she replied

And the only thing I could hear in that conversation was ✨Sarah✨ my bee's name is Sarah. It matches her personality as well.

Everyone was busy in one or another conversations and then yug said something that caught everyone's attention.

“Dada I want to have what Saru is having” he said

This little devil has already given a nickname to her.

“No yug, you can not have pizza, it's not healthy” I said to him and he pouted and turned himself to the right making his face his back.

Sarah's Pov

How dare he call pizza unhealthy huh! It has vegetables on it how can it be unhealthy not even to a kid yrrr.

“Here take this slice” I said to alloo, he smiled and got up from his seat to come next to me but was stopped by his father.

“Yug, no bacha” he said in a firm voice

Alloo looked at me with puppy eyes and I couldn't stop myself from melting... i hate kids but there is a different connection with yug.

And then I said “Alloo come here bacha”

And everyone looked at me with a surprise in their eyes.

Alloo giggled and left his father's hand and came running towards me.

“ALLOOO!!! Did you just really called my son after a vegetable!??” He asked in shock.

everyone started laughing and I kept my head low and giggled.

As soon as I moved my head up to look at him and saw him smiling as well.

And oh god it was the most serene view i've ever witnessed.

Alloo sat on my lap and I gave him the last slice of my pizza.

While Kavya sitting on my right was looking at me and with complete shock in her eyes and her mouth wide open. I kind of get it but alloo is just different.

“What?” I said annoyingly

“You just shared your food with him” she replied.

“So what's the big deal Kavu?” I said rolling my eyes.

“What's the big deal? You just not only shared your food sarah, you literally shared the LAST SLICE OF YOUR PIZZA, YOU HAVE NEVER SHARED IT WITH ME” she said whining like a 5 year old

“Oh come on don't exaggerate, I have shared my pizza with you” I said to her patting her head the same way I was doing with Alloo while he was enjoying the pizza.

It is somewhere true that I don't like sharing my food and pizza is my favourite but still he asked me with so much innocence and I gave it to him as a reflex.

“I am not exaggerating huh!” She said while pouting at me.

“Baby if you want to eat pizza we can order it for you” said Akshit

The moment he said that Abhigyan and Agam coughed as they choked on their food.

All of us started laughing but we stopped when we saw Drishti aunty staring at us.

She is a scary lady as said by Kavu and also she was right about her.

Soon all the elders finished dinner and went in there rooms, Rashmi aunty (Agam's mother) took Alloo with her as he needed some sleep after enjoying and running around the cruise whole day.

I was also about to leave when Akshit stopped me by saying

“Tu kha chali dum-dum?”

(Where are you going dum-dum?).

“Call me that once again and you won't be getting married to my bestfriend” I snapped back at him.

“Acha acha relax mam, chalo let's have some drinks,the night is still young” he said

I looked at Agam, he was already looking at me so I quickly shifted my eyes from him to Akshit, I nodded my head as a yes and went towards Kavu and we all went towards the bar.

“Now just tell me how do you know him?” Kavya asked pointing at Agam.

“Kavu he is that guy” I said nervously and kind of whispered to her.

“Which guy? OH WAIT DON'T TELL ME” she gasped so loudly catching everyone's attention.

“Baby what happened” Akshit asked Kavya.

“Call her baby once again and I'll puke on you” Said Abhigyan

Abhigyan seems to be a quite person but leaves no chance to embarrass Akshit, It is the only thing i like about him.

“As if you have never called anyone baby” Akshit replied in a tone that seemed like he was pointing out on a particular someone.

Abhigyan's expressions changed that matched his cold hearted personality as soon as he heard that.

“Eww Never” he replied and turned towards the bar for a drink.

“What will you guys have?” Akshit Asked us ignoring Abhigyan

We ordered our usuals and went towards the pool side

The boys were walking infront of us talking about something boring for sure, while me and Kavya were practically running behind them with our drinks and struggling with the outfits

“Oh god why do they walk so fast” said Kavya catching her breath

“My feet are killing Me” I replied

“Vaise Sarah Are you sure Agam is that guy?” She asked

“Kavu I am one hundred percent sure he is that guy, otherwise why would he say "YOU!" After seeing me” I said to her in a low voice so that the boys don't hear us.

“Oh god!!! I just can't believe this, the only guy Sarah Sharma ever liked happens to be Akshit's bestfriend, I am so happyyy” she whisper yelled to me.

“There's nothing to be happy about it kavu” I said to her but was cut off by her filmy ass dialogue.

“Kehte hain ki agar kisi cheez ko dil se chaho toh puri kainaat usse tumse milane ki koshish mein lag jaati hai” she said.

“Kavu I know you love quoting SRK but stop talking like this is something I should be happy about, you are missing a very big piece of his life, he is married and moreover has a child as well” I said to her.

I am sad about this, the only person I ever liked in my whole life is a person who is married and has a son, I have regretted every single day of my life for leaving him like that but now i feel sad and jealous maybe.

I came out of my thoughts when Kavu asked me something

“Sarah are you even listening to me!??”

“I am sorry, kya bol rhi thi tu” I said to her

(I am sorry, what were you saying)

“Nothing we'll talk about this whenever we'll get time” she replied

We soon settled on chairs that were set near the pool.

“Sarah, I hope uncle aunty kal time se aa jayenge, the cruise will set off from here by 12 tomorrow” Kavya said to me

“Haan Haan they'll reach by 10 in the morning bataya to tha” I replied.

Abhigyan got a call so he went away to attend it and now it was just the four of us left.

“By the way as far as I remember Agam tu teen saal pehle gya tha last London and Sarah was an intern tab so how did you guys actually met?” Akshit asked teasingly

“Aur nhi to kya abh to saare bade bhi ho gye abh toh bata do” Kavya also joined him.

“This bitch!!! Aisi dost se toh dushman hi ache hai” I said to myself

(An enemy is better than a friend like her)

Agam was about to say something but was interrupted by a voice

“Surprise! Surprise!” A girl who looked almost my age was standing behind us.

As soon as Agam saw her, his cold expressions turned into a warm smile

Is that his wife???oh god more embarrassment incoming, she is so pretty.

Agam stood and hugged her. Akshit and Kavya also went towards them to greet her

“Kaise ho aap bhaiya” she asked Agam breaking the hug.

“BHAIYA!?” I said in shock and soon realised that I said it too loud.

Everyone was looking at me but Kavu came to the rescue

“Sarah this is Aashna, Agam's sister”

“Hi Sarah” she forwarded her hands for a handshake and I did the same

“Hi, I am really sorry I thought you were Mrs. Malhotra” as soon as I said that Kavya pinched my elbow.

“Ahhhh” I screamed in pain

“Just don't talk about his wife and come with me” she whisper yelled at me as she always does.

“Let's just go to our rooms it's getting late” Akshit said nervously and Kavya held my wrist and dragged me with her.

We entered my room and Kavya slammed the door

“What was that for” I asked her

“I was telling you about Savi but you were lost at that time and then you blabbered all that shit about Aashna being his wife” Kavya said to me.

“Kavu relax yaar it was an honest mistake, I didn't see his wife pura time I thought vhi hogi” I said to her calming her down

“Sarah we don't talk about this topic in front of Agam” she said

“Which topic Kavu?” I asked

“About his wife Sarah aur konsa topic” she said annoyingly

“But why? did she cheat on him or something” I asked her in curiosity

“No, She died when Yuhaan was born” as soon as I heard these words I felt weak, I couldn't feel my legs at all and for a moment i lost my breath because I excepted anything but not this.

The only thing I could think about at that time was Alloo, no kid should suffer a loss like this in their life. I felt so bad for that pure soul but also for Agam.

“How?” I managed to asked her

“She got into a car accident when she was pregnant and doctors were only able to save Yuhaan, he was a born as a premature baby” she said

I was too shocked to speak, a lone tear escaped from my eyes. I felt so bad for both of them and so embarrassed for what i said at that time.

Kavu hugged me and said 'I know you are feeling bad for Yug, but don't treat him or Agam with sympathy after knowing all this, that is the last thing they want from anyone, Yug is getting close to you and I saw that today, treat him the same way you have been treating him aaj pure din'

I nodded

“Chal abh go change and sleep, it's my engagement tomorrow” she said excitedly

“Good night Kavu, I love you” I hugged her as she was leaving my room.

“I love you too bestie” she hugged me back and left my room

I changed into my night suit and went to my bed but wasn't able to sleep.

All of this was too much for me, I decided to get out of my room for some fresh air

I went towards the pool area and was busy with something on my phone, I lost my balance as the floor was slippery.

I closed my eyes as I was about to fall

but felt a pair of hands holding him and wow, i was saved by him once again, I opened my eyes to look at him and then he said something that made my heart skip a beat.

“Dhyaan se bee!”

Bee??? Why did he call me bee??? Did he just give me nickname??? And then realisation struck me and I was shocked.
